Family Promise of Monroe County: Voted Best Place to Give Back. Last year, Family Promise assisted 114 families and 318 individuals with shelter and housing assistance, 64% were under the age of 17. Entering shelter is traumatic for children and their families and for this reason, Family Promise works to move them into independent housing quickly. Click here for full article.
